First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CommuniCare Health Services.
Human Resources Manager
The interviewer was really informative about the facility and the job. He asked good questions and paid attention to my answers. He also had a nice way of talking about the role. His goal was to get as much information as he could, and he was happy to answer any questions I had.
- Could you describe what a typical day is like for someone in Human Resources?
HR Manager
The interview process was very straightforward and organized. It was a holistic and well-rounded conversation with the recruiter. I feel like I understand the position and know the organization's needs better than I did before.
- Are you comfortable with clientele struggling with behavioral health crisis?
Human Resources Manager
Applied online and got a call from corporate HR the next day for an interview. I went to meet the Nursing Director. Took half a day off work and traveled over an hour. They didn't respond after. Sent a thank you note, but the lack of response turned me off from using their services again. The interviewer's name tag was upside down and the interview didn't start on time. It seemed chaotic with multiple patients in the lobby and the interviewer's office was a mess. The corporate HR person said she'd follow up and never did. Most questions were about handling conflict.
- How would you de-escalate a situation between staff and patients?
- Describe your approach to resolving conflicts between staff and patients.
