Sent in my resume and got an email about a week later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty straightforward with a few tricky situational questions like "Tell me a time...". A couple weeks later, I did a ride-along with a current rep and my potential supervisor. I learned about the job and helped out where I could. About a week after that, I got called in for the final interview. Three people interviewed me (an HR rep, my supervisor, and his supervisor) and asked more situational questions and questions about my resume. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I emailed one of them and then got a call saying that while they liked my qualifications, they didn't have any suitable openings.

First, there was a phone interview. Then, I spent half a day in the field with the manager and another TSM, seeing what a day in the life of a rep with this company is like, which involved calling on accounts. This field part focused on simple merchandising and contract compliance, and also gave me exposure to their sales call process and reporting. After that, I had a panel interview with two HR people and the regional manager. Finally, there was an extensive background check, including a credit check.
