First there was a phone interview. Then I was invited to interview in Nashville, and they offered to cover travel expenses. The interview had two parts: a sales roleplay and a regular interview. I was given product and consumer information about an hour before the roleplay. During the roleplay, which was videotaped, I had to persuade an interviewer to buy a product using the provided information. The regular interview included situational questions, questions about my knowledge of the company and products, and my thoughts on the industry's performance and potential improvements. The whole thing took about 3 hours, with roughly an hour dedicated to the actual interview and roleplay.

The interview process has changed a bit over time, but when I went through it, it started with a phone screening. After that, there was an online personality test, and then I got a face-to-face interview. The next step was an 'assessment center' which included a role-playing exercise where I had to pitch to a 'store owner.' Finally, there was an interview with a panel of 3-4 people.

First, you'll have a Phone interview with HR. If you pass that, they'll fly you out for a product selling simulation. After that, there's a second interview with higher-ups. The last step is a ride along. If you make it to this point, there are only two candidates left.
