First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CommonSpirit Health.
Case Manager
First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the manager in a 1:1 interview that was laid-back and conversational. They asked me for specific examples that demonstrated my grasp of the role. The vibe wasn't high-pressure at all.
- Can you tell me about your favorite boss and the reasons why?
- Could you share a specific instance that highlights your understanding of this job?
Manager
I applied online via the Centura Health website and was contacted the following week by a recruiter via email for a phone interview. A calendar request was immediately sent to schedule the interview, with many options available for the following week. The recruiter called at the scheduled time. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter provided a good overview of the process timeline, information about the location, and the department I was interviewing for. The experience was positive, and I am currently interviewing for another management position with Centura Health.
- Describe your management style and how you approach conflict resolution.
- How do you manage team conflicts?
Management
The interview process was timely and efficient, with professionals who were conscientious and did a great job from start to finish. The people involved gave me details that were relevant to the job, which helped me make a good decision.
- Tell me about your personal goals and what you can contribute to the organization.
