It was really more of a conversation with the hiring supervisor, and it was very relaxed for the first interview. The second interview was with a panel of 4 people, which was still more conversational but a little more formal. They all asked questions. I met the rest of the team and took a tour. Overall, the experience was relaxed.

Got a call from the recruiter for a pre-qualification, and they scheduled the interview. Then, an hour before the interview, they called again to say they made an error and that since I'd be working with elderly people with mental health issues, a Master's degree was actually required, which wasn't mentioned in the job description. Also, the pay offered was really bad.

The interview experience was very unprofessional, and the interviewer was dismissive and judgmental. They didn't seem to care about work-life balance. It really reflects poorly on the company and its employees. I dodged a bullet.
