Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CommonSpirit Health.
Administrative
The interview process was straightforward. However, the timeline for hearing back was unclear. I was told they were hiring quickly, then had to wait for the interview. They said they'd respond in a few days, but I heard back in hours. For the final round, they said they'd get back in a couple of days, but it took 10. I was offered the job and had less than a day to decide.

Executive Assistant
The phone interview went great, but I was supposed to hear back and never did. It seems really unprofessional when a company doesn't have HR follow up after an interview, especially when I sent another email. People don't get every job for many reasons, so if your HR/Recruiting can't communicate, that's a bad sign about the company. I wouldn't work with them again because of this.

Office Assistant
I applied through the company's internal job search and received a call the same day for an interview. I was hired to transfer within the company. It's a great place to work, although the interview process was a bit unconventional. The manager had the supervisor and then staff question me during the interview, which I found a little odd.
- What are your strengths that would apply to this role?
