After submitting an application form and completing some online tests, I had a really good phone interview. Then, I went to an assessment centre at Gresham Street, which was pretty standard. It involved a group discussion, two interviews, an In-Tray exercise, and a presentation. They covered up to £400 of my travel expenses. I actually got a better offer, so I didn't end up taking this role, but the experience was valuable. It was a bit unclear what the job would actually involve, and I felt the interview process might not totally match the day-to-day responsibilities.

The interview process was pretty chill, but it was a long day. It started with an online e-tray exercise, then there were two interviews. These were with a panel of three interviewers, who included bosses, HR folks, and current grad employees. We also had to do a presentation on our recommendation of some unseen choices and a group debate. There were only 5 other candidates, but we were split into teams of two, which made the day longer for some people than others.
