They asked me about my educational background, since I study abroad. Then, there were a couple of basic accounting questions. I also had to do an English test during the interview, where I had to read a passage in English and then translate it to Russian verbally.

The interview process was quite strange. It began with phone interviews, first with the hiring manager and then with HR. Unfortunately, HR missed the scheduled interview time and didn't reach out afterward. I followed up with an email to reschedule, but during the next attempt, HR still didn't call. I sent another email, but received no response. It was super unprofessional. If the company/HR doesn't respect candidates' time, it's not a place I'd want to work.
