It was a month-long process. First, a recruiter chat, then a video call, followed by two in-person interviews. After that, there was a final assessment and then a concluding interview with talent management. The whole thing was smooth, and they made sure I knew what to expect and what was next. The recruiter was quick to respond to any questions I had. All the people I interviewed with were nice and gave me feedback. I had a great time overall.

Technical Presentation

I applied for a role and after a month of silence, the recruiter invited me straight to the final interview. They skipped earlier stages because I'd interviewed before. I liked that but wished they'd told me sooner. The final interview was okay. A week later, I got a generic rejection email instead of a personal update. It's important to give candidates a human follow-up after they've invested hours in interviews, to maintain a good candidate experience and potentially keep the door open for the future.

Confirmed questions2 questions

  • We had you do a mini project prior to the final interview and then do a little presentation.

Behavioral Group

The interview process wasn't too harsh, mostly normal behavioral questions. They asked about gaps in my resume and my leadership experience. They also inquired about my background in customer service roles and how I've worked with small teams. There were two rounds: the first with the direct supervisor, and the second with other team members.

  • Could you describe your experience in customer service?
  • Can you share an instance where you made an error and how you addressed it?

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite formal and consisted of three parts. It started with a phone interview with HR, followed by an in-person interview. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the final interview stage. They asked a lot of behavioral questions, like how I've handled conflicts with colleagues or supervisors. Given the sales aspect of the role, they also inquired about my sales experience. Additionally, they asked about my learning preferences and how I cope with stress. I generally enjoyed the process, though I was bummed not to get the job, as I felt I was a good fit.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you faced a conflict with a supervisor or colleague and describe how you resolved it?
  • What is your preferred learning style? For example, do you learn best through seeing, hearing, reading/writing, or hands-on activities?
  • How do you manage stress? Please provide specific examples from your past jobs where you encountered high-stress situations and explain how you handled them.
