Technical Behavioral

I applied in December and got contacted 5 months later. HR called me for a simple assessment test, and after I passed, I had a phone interview. Then I had another timed assessment test, which was a bit harder but manageable. Once I passed that, I had a face-to-face interview right away with two managers. About a week later, I got an email saying I was successful and needed to do a background check (credit, employer, school records, and drug test). After passing that, I got my CJO.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in Jan/Feb for a temporary CSR job. It took about 2 months to get an email on a Sunday with about 10 basic screening questions that had to be sent that day. Got a call an hour later to come in on a Tuesday to do a Simulation test. Passed that and then went right to a human interview with 2 HR reps. Answered some behavioral questions. Just making a note the call center is 90% black people and consequently I wasn't chosen.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really long and tiring. It started with an automated interview, then a phone interview, an on-site test, and a zoom interview. I also had to fill out a questionnaire, but in the end, I didn't get the job. I think they might have been looking for a more diverse candidate, as I am a white female. It's an entry-level position.
