I found this job with Comdata thanks to a recruitment agency, and ended up having just one in-person interview before they offered me the position. The whole thing was pretty fast, lasting only about 15-20 minutes. I met with the person who would be my manager and also the trainer for new hires. We covered typical interview questions like my strengths, weaknesses, previous work history, and asked me to introduce myself. They also had me talk about what I think my personality type is, similar to a Myers Briggs assessment.

Had a short phone interview first, then went in person for an interview. After that, I had an interview with several team members at the same time, all on the same day. The phone interview went well. The interview with the team members was also good. The hiring manager interview felt awkward and a bit forced. I was told they would make a decision within two weeks.
