It started with basic competency and motivation questions like what your professional goals would be in the next 5 years? Then afterwards in later interviews, there was a group activity testing teamwork and communication. After the group activity, we had to do a background check.

It was an in-person assessment afternoon. 5 people showed up out of 7 original people. There were 2 group sessions. Then 2 rounds of 1-on-2 interviews. One group session was at the end. The group session was a case-based discussion. We had to figure out what to do after the initial plan crashed.

Behavioral Presentation

Had 2 interviews early 2020 before the pandemic started, which went really well. The job was put on hold during the year due to the circumstances. We stayed in touch, and when it reopened, they reached out and we had another chat. They explained their internal process required them to reinterview and reopen the position, even though they really liked me and I was the 'perfect candidate'. A couple of months later, it was down to me and one other person who had to speak to the director (this was the third round of interviews), as it was 'company process'. I never spoke to her. A couple of weeks after that, after I tried contacting them, they called to say I was unsuccessful and the role was given to the other person, despite us having to do the third round of interviews. Essentially, I felt strung along the whole time and was lied to at the end about the process. I would avoid this if possible!

  • Why CTI?
