It was a three-stage interview process where I met with key business partners. All interviews were virtual and spread out over a month. The people I met were nice senior folks, and the vibe was pretty informal and friendly. They did a deep dive into my resume, and I was asked technical questions, questions about how I'd handle certain scenarios, and assessments of my leadership and communication skills.

I went through two initial interviews that went well, and the recruiter got back to me within a day or two. Then I advanced to the final interview at their corporate office in Boston. I met with 8 PMs there and felt like I really clicked with all of them. The whole thing took about 3 hours. I had to fly up for this final interview, which ended up costing me around $800. After the interviews, the hiring manager said they'd be in touch and that I could email her or the recruiter if I had any questions. A week later, I emailed the recruiter but didn't hear back. I then emailed the hiring manager, also with no response. So, seems like a great company (said sarcastically).
