The interview was about 30 minutes long and split into two sections: technical and behavioral questions. They went into depth about risk management details from my resume. I felt some pressure, but the interviewers were nice.

Technical Behavioral

There were 5 interviews in total. The first one was a phone interview. There was also a peer interview and an interview with a credit manager. The people were mostly friendly, depending on the location. Some locations are great, while others are full of sarcastic, unfriendly, and unhappy people. This seems to be more common in locations that were acquired.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Some hiring managers give accounting quizzes to assess your ability to accept criticism of your work and your responsiveness to being taught.
