The interview process started with a coding test on a popular platform, where I had to solve 3 questions. This was followed by a technical interview lasting about 30-40 minutes, primarily focused on backend development. The final stage was an HR/behavioral round.

I applied on Naukri.com. A consultancy contacted me to schedule an interview. I wasn't available on the scheduled day and informed them two days prior. However, they persistently called and pressured me to attend. I ended up going on a weekday. Nobody from Bangalore was available for interviews. Only one video conferencing round took place. It's strange that in this digital age, they couldn't conduct a video round via Skype from home, unlike companies like Accenture. I had to go through a lot of trouble to reach the office in the evening for just one video-based round. When will companies realize that we are also working professionals who can't always be available at their convenience?

After passing an online test, I went through two technical rounds and an HR round. I was told to come to the office a week later for final paperwork. Once there, I discovered there was one last interview with the director, which wasn't mentioned in the company presentation. Since I was one of the last candidates interviewed that day, not many questions were asked. There seemed to be favoritism towards candidates from AMITY. The company presentation stated 11 positions for Gurgaon and 10 for Bangalore, but on the final day, they announced only 4 would be hired. I don't recommend applying here.
