First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Colruyt Group.
Software Engineer
The interview had an initial online MCQ round that covered aptitude and technical topics. Then there were two technical rounds. The first technical round focused on resume-based questions and Java OOPS concepts. The second technical round involved coding questions, algorithms, and OOPS.
- Tell me about your projects and your experience with Java.
- Explain Java OOPS concepts.
- Solve these coding problems.
Software Engineer
The interviewer was late, and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional, which wasn't a good look. HR, on the other hand, was friendly, responsive, and communicated well. It's a shame the contrast between HR and the rest of the process was so stark. Overall, a disappointing experience.
- Regarding your job expectations and experience with Spring, can you tell me more?
Applications Developer
The interview process had two rounds: Technical and HR interviews. Since I'm a mechanical student, they asked me about mechanical topics. The HRs were friendly and asked general questions about why I'm interested in joining this company. They also inquired about my family and personal experiences.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
