I first applied through VDAB for a vacancy at Dreamland. I received an email saying they wanted to call me because they had some questions about my application. A few days later, I was called by someone from the head office who had some questions for me about my motivation. I managed to convince this person to give me a chance, as I was initially rejected because of my professional history. About an hour later, I was called by someone else from Halle who immediately told me that this wasn't his regular job and he was just filling in, so someone who doesn't even do this job at all gets to decide if I get a chance... I already have questions about that because I wasn't even given the chance to start temporarily through an interim agency. Thanks for keeping me on the line for 30 minutes only to tell me I don't get a chance because I already took the tests before and didn't pass... great!

You start with an initial meeting in the store. They'll ask you some questions. You'll introduce yourself, explain why you want to work here, and answer questions about your skills. There's also a reasoning test and a personality test. Then you'll have a second meeting.

I applied online. I got a call and they asked me all sorts of questions about work and my life for half an hour. The next day, they sent me a test via email that I had to complete within a certain time. The day after that, I got another call for 45 minutes and they said everything was positive.
