First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Colruyt Group.
Manager
First there was a 15-minute phone call with recruitment where we talked briefly about myself and the job responsibilities. Then there was an online test (personality and reasoning test) that took about 1 hour to complete. After that, I had an introductory meeting with the HR department, followed by a meeting with the regional manager in the region.
- What questions do you have for us about the company?
Management Trainee
After the phone call, there might be a series of in-person interviews where you'll get to chat directly with company folks. These chats could be casual meet-and-greets or more structured interviews checking specific skills. They'll likely dig into your background, experiences, and what drives you, and might throw some tough questions to see how you handle problems and pressure. Depending on the job, there could also be assessment tests, like brain teasers, personality quizzes, or practical tasks to see if you're a good fit. It's all about making sure both sides know what they're getting into.
- How do you think you can make a valuable contribution to Colruyt Group?
Delivery Manager
I applied online and then a recruiter got in touch. They didn't ask any technical questions, just focused on Agile and PMP concepts. The recruiters don't let you know the outcome. If you don't hear back, just assume you didn't get the job.
- Can you describe the metrics used in Agile projects?
- What metrics do you use for waterfall projects?
