Functional Analyst
The organization was good, most of the interviews and tests were planned on one day. After the first interviews, it turned out that my profile was a better fit for another vacancy, so I had one extra interview with that specific manager.

Functional Analyst
First you get in touch with colruyt via mail. Then they respond you when you can come to their headquarter where you will meet the person that will interview you. You then do your interview and afterwards you have a look with them at your personality tests/cognitive tests to see if you match their expectations.

Business Analyst
First a pleasant chat with HR, they ask about motivation and CV. Very quickly after that, a meeting was scheduled to discuss a business case. You get 1 hour to prepare to solve their case, after which your "solution" is discussed with two employees from Colruyt Group, they were quite nice.
