I was first contacted by HR for a Teams meeting. After that, I was asked to perform a technical test on-site. The assignment was to draw a BPMN diagram based on a problem description.
- Create a BPMN diagram based on their problem statement.
Solution Analyst
I had a recruiter reach out. Then there was an HR interview, followed by an interview with a manager. The next step was a use case where I had to draw out the process of making a newspaper. They gave me instructions on how to draw it, so it was mostly about seeing my thought process. They also presented me with different scenarios to gauge my responses.
- Could you provide some information about how you work?
- Please illustrate the process involved in the production of a newspaper.
- How would you approach various hypothetical situations?
Analyst
The first interview was a background check and some computer-based tests. On the same day, I got an invite for a second interview. That was with the manager, starting with a case study, then a discussion. It was super interesting and gave me great insights. They really want to know if you're a good fit. A week later, they called me to give feedback and offer the job.
