- What makes you want to work at Colonial Penn
Telesales Representative
I applied online and got a call from the HR recruiter. They asked me some questions about my background and why I wanted the job. Then, I had a second interview at Colonial Penn with two supervisors. They asked general questions about my background, sales experience, and what I wanted to do in the future. I got a call two days later and they offered me the job.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Sales Representative
I applied online and did an online skills/personality test. HR called me a few days later to schedule an in-person interview. It was a 3-step process: first I met with the Sales supervisor, then I took more skills/personality tests, and finally I met with the Sales Manager. The whole in-person part took about 4 hours. I also authorized a background check. HR gave me the offer 3 days after that.
- Describe a situation where you failed to meet a goal and explain your response.
