First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co..
Sales Associate
It was a good interview, and the people were nice. They didn't waste my time, and I felt like they were pretty invested. They offered me water, which I didn't take, but I would have if I'd been thirsty.
- In five years, where do you see your career heading?
Sales Associate
I had a face to face interview with a nice lady and talked about my previous experience. Then I had a second interview with this man who became my boss and it went very well. I was excited, he was excited and I started working there after passing the licensing and the classes.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Are you a people person?
- What did you enjoy most and least in your previous jobs?
Sales Associate
The interview process was awesome, very fun, informative, and not intimidating at all. It was the best interview I've ever had. I talked to my direct manager and then to the regional manager. You have to dress to impress, but once you're there, it's very informal and fun.
- Can you share details about your past sales experience?
- What are your future availability plans?
