I talked to a recruiter at my school's career fair and they invited me for an interview right after. The interview involved a simple thinking question that I had to answer in pseudocode. As a freshman at the time, I didn't end up getting an offer.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Interview was nice. They asked about all the projects mentioned in the resume. It would be a great plus if you can adapt quickly to the scenarios they provide. For me, they asked how fan noise is interrupting the conversation between us and they proceeded to ask about types of noises in the communication. (I belong to ECE. It was just an intro question. Interview was about projects and programming languages.)
