This was my first time doing a video interview where I was given a link to a website for the interview. The questions were pretty standard for an interview and I had the option to review and re-record my answers. I wasn't really expecting to see myself answering questions without any feedback from an interviewer during the recording. I'd suggest making it so the screen is blocked from showing your own image.
