I had an interview day that lasted from 9am to 3pm. It was divided into 3 parts: a group exercise, a presentation, and an individual interview. They evaluated me throughout the entire day. It was an enjoyable experience, and it was nice to get an inside look at the company, meet the team, and make connections.

Internal and external candidates go through the same process. There were HireVue interviews for both internal and external folks. Then I interviewed with the manager and the team separately. After that, there was an offer, and I accepted it. Negotiations happened to get the best outcome. Overall, it was a smooth process. The HR team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed interacting with everyone.
