So there were 2 interviews. First was a phone/video call, then I went in person for the final one. The in-person was with a few account managers, not just one. It was pretty chill, the interviewers were nice and professional. They communicated well the whole time.

Super friendly and open chat about what skills and temperament they're looking for, and also about potential for growth and future opportunities. They seemed really interested in hearing about my past experience, my professional goals, and any questions I had about the job duties.

Behavioral

Quick turnaround interview process that lasted about 2 weeks. They weren't looking for entry-level candidates, which was disappointing. The recruiter was very friendly and welcoming, and the initial call was short and sweet. The interviewers seemed nice, but there was a contradiction in their statements about wanting someone who didn't need training while also mentioning training.
