Graduate Trainee
The interview process consisted of 2 rounds. The first round was a group interview. The second round was a panel interview with the hiring manager and a senior colleague. They might give you some scenarios to test your problem-solving abilities.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What led you to choose your major?
- In what ways do your previous experiences and skills make you a good fit for this role?
Graduate Trainee
The interview process was alright, though I heard HR had some organization issues. It started with a phone call, then a 40-minute Teams interview. After that, there was supposed to be an assessment centre, but I didn't get that far.
- What advice would you give a client for making their portfolio more sustainable?
Graduate Trainee
So after you apply and answer some competency questions, there's a 15-minute phone call interview. Then you go in for an hour-long in-person interview, followed by an assessment centre.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work for Colliers?
- Can you share a recent article you've read?
- Describe a situation where you had to overcome a new challenge at work.
