Got contacted in less than 2 weeks. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, followed by a video interview with the executive team. The final step was an in-person interview where they presented the offer. The whole experience was really nice and easygoing.

The interview was about 30 minutes and involved questions about updating databases. It wasn't too difficult. The interviewer was really nice and well-spoken, and I enjoyed my time without feeling pressured. I didn't get an offer.

I interviewed in the southfield office with Paul and Tom, which was an amazing interview and I got offered the job. They asked me to come in that Saturday to do a test run with Excel, etc. I came back that Saturday and did a test run and they both said I did an amazing job. They told me my next step was to meet with the office manager to discuss pay, benefits, etc. I waited a few days to be told when the meeting was. When I received a text from Paul informing me, after I had been offered the job and quit my current position, that they had decided to go in another direction. I reached out to their outside HR rep to get an understanding of why I had been offered the position just to be told that they decided to go in another direction, especially since I had quit my job to start at Collier. She informed me that she was very sorry but they changed their mind because of a few spelling mistakes on the test run. This was the most traumatic experience I have been through.
