The interview process started with an initial chat with two team members. Then, there was a second interview with a Director. They told me how the process would go, but after the second interview, I never heard back formally, even though I followed up with the recruitment team.

The interview process started well with a pleasant recruiter and a decent hiring manager. However, it took a turn during the in-person interview. I had trouble getting clear information about office procedures and parking, with only one question answered late. The interviewer described the office culture as an "old boys' club" where coworkers get upset, slam doors, and stand over you to make requests. They also mentioned the need to be in the office to be productive, and that the office seemed outdated, with a "boomer work culture." This experience was off-putting, and I decided not to continue the interview process, feeling it was unfortunate to encounter such behavior.
