I submitted my resume and got an email from a recruiter. I also filled out an application. I followed up but nothing available matched my skills. Less than a month later, another recruiter contacted me. We discussed what I was looking for and my preferred locations. Then, I was scheduled for an interview. I had one interview and got the job! My advice is to be personable. Interviews can be intense, but try not to overthink why you want the job. You're selling yourself, so go in thinking why this company deserves you, but without being arrogant. If you're successful, once you've had the interview, they'll try to convince you to accept the offer.
