Project Manager
The Collegis Education Project Manager interview process usually starts with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager call. After that, there's a team panel interview, and sometimes they'll give you a case study. It's all about your project experience, how you communicate, and if you're a good cultural fit. The whole thing takes about a month.
- Can you share an instance where you managed multiple projects simultaneously and explain your prioritization strategy?
Project Manager
I applied online and then had a phone interview. We were going to have a follow-up in-person meeting, but the role wasn't interesting to either of us after the phone interview. It seems like a good company though, it just wasn't a good fit after we talked on the phone.
- Can you walk me through your experience and the projects you've managed?
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a pre-screen call with HR, then a meeting with the Hiring Manager, and after that, I got to chat with several team members, both from the team itself and people the role would collaborate with. All of these interviews happened virtually.
- Can you describe your experience?
- Tell me about your past roles.
- What project work have you done?
