The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were multiple interview stages, but they all felt pretty similar and each lasted around 30 minutes. The questions were quite basic, and nothing really threw me off.

The interview process was pretty basic skill-wise. They asked about my experience with HTML, CSS/SASS, Responsive Web Design, and JavaScript. It turns out the job is more about HTML/CSS Templates with a little JS/JQuery and build tools like Gulp and Grunt. I interviewed with a Lead UX Developer from Chicago, the internal Front End Development Lead, and the lead .NET/ASP Back End Developer. Collegis really focuses on Sitecore and Umbraco, not so much PHP.
