I applied online and they got back to me about 3 weeks after. I had to send in a teaching video and a prerecorded video interview, and I had 10 days to do it. I got the offer 2 weeks after that. If they give you a prerecorded video interview, I'd ask about doing a phone interview instead or maybe have some questions ready to email the recruiter. The questions were more about my personality than asking about specific situations.

The interview process has three parts. Depending on the size of the interview group, you'll either be split up or go through everything together. They evaluate different aspects. A very important part is the mock-classroom, where you teach a given subject to the 'class' (other interviewees), which you were given beforehand to prepare. Then, there's a panel where you chat with current employees and ask them about working at the company. Lastly, there are 1-on-1s with the leadership team, where they ask position-specific questions. You'll likely have 2-3 of these one-on-one.

Confirmed questions1 question

The traits are: Strive to be delightful, Energize those in your presence, Keep your eyes on the prize, Challenge cynicism, Moccasin the lives of others, learn to be grateful, and Have fun.

You'll do a five minute teaching demo on a section of the ACT prep curriculum that you choose. You'll teach it to other applicants who are interviewing the same day, so try to make it interactive! Then there will be two one-on-one interviews, probably 15-20 minutes each, with members of the leadership team. Lastly, there's a Q+A panel with current corps members where you can ask about what the College Possible/AmeriCorps experience is like.
