The interview experience was really enjoyable. The interviewer was very approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to be myself and assess the potential fit. I'd highly recommend Collabera and its team.

Sales Representative
The recruiter was good to talk to, and they really took their time explaining the job description. There were a bunch of interviews with different people. They made sure to set expectations for each interview. Sometimes I had to follow up to get in touch with them. It was a good experience overall, no complaints except that the whole thing took a while.

Sales Representative
Got this job from LinkedIn. The recruiter was super helpful and I spoke with him a few times. Then I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. He didn't ask much and told me the recruiter would follow up. I called the recruiter after the interview as he asked me to, but then I heard nothing back at all. Completely ghosted. It was a big waste of my time and money because the hiring manager gave me a parking pass, but it didn't work and I had to pay. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with them if they don't respect your time.
- What are your thoughts on cold calling?
