Had a phone call where they asked me questions. The interviewer was really rude and didn't seem to have any soft skills. They were way too blunt and asked some awkward questions, and they seemed mad if my answers weren't exactly what they wanted.

The interview process was really easy. However, the recruiters I spoke with were pretty flaky and seemed quite junior. One recruiter initially agreed on a rate but then changed their mind, and also said I'd get benefits for a role, then backtracked. For another role, a different recruiter on the phone seemed unsure about what to ask and used "Um" a lot at the start. While they said my experience looked good, they then realized a key requirement for the role wasn't on my resume, which I'm still wondering how they missed initially. I'm pretty sure the recruiter yawned while we were talking.
