It was a weird interview. My resume was sent and they called me the same day. The interview was on the spot. It lasted 20 minutes and the interviewer was hard to understand bc of his accent. That person then set up another phone interview for the next day. I was ready for all the interview questions, but the interviewer barely asked me anything except to verify I recently got my degree. That interview was 15 minutes. I had a third phone interview before I got to a face to face interview. Crazy!

  • After the interviewer told me about the position, they asked if I had any questions for them.

I got a call from Collabera through Elitmus. The interview process had 4 rounds. First was a communication round to check my communication skills. Second was a technical round where they asked puzzles and basic technical questions. Third was another technical round focusing on my projects, puzzles, and more technical questions. The last round was an HR round where they asked about why I wanted to join Collabera, my strengths and weaknesses, and my family background, along with other common HR questions.
