Super pushy process, they were really pushing the role on me via frequent text/calls/emails for an underpaid contractor position for a large tech firm. I sent my resume within a day, and then the recruiter wanted to schedule a phone screening that same day. After that, she went ahead and submitted me to another role before consulting me, and also accidentally texted me personal details of another employee shortly after. Once I backed out of the hiring process, I was guilt-tripped that it would be a bad look for the hiring manager. Even if they are not a scam, they are extremely unprofessional and I would prefer to work with another agency.

The interview process had 3 rounds: an aptitude test, a group discussion (GD), and a personal interview (PI). My GD round went well, but they ended up selecting someone who couldn't even form a proper sentence. From what I saw, it seemed like they were more focused on appearance than actual knowledge. During the PI, students were flirting with the HRs (both male and female), and the HRs seemed to be enjoying it, which was quite strange and speaks volumes about the company's standards.

I was emailed by Collabera about a job opening in my area. I got the details and went to interview with the client's manager. I actually met with someone else when I got there. The interview itself went well, and I thought I'd hear back that week. But nothing. They dropped the ball. I sent my 5 references as requested the same day, and heard nothing back. I called the next day to follow up but couldn't reach anyone important. A week went by, and I kept following up even though I still hadn't heard back. Finally, after 3 weeks of silence, I spoke to the first contact, who told me the job was on hold indefinitely. I find it unbelievable that they wouldn't follow up with candidates. That's terrible ethics. I've never had this much trouble checking on a job status with other local recruiters.
