The interview process was good. First, there was a PPT presentation about the company. Next was a group discussion. Some of my friends had a direct interview with HR virtually. The next round was a technical round. Then came the hiring.

Behavioral Technical Other

I initially got a call from Collabera in Noida for an interview. It was a 30-minute interview where they asked me to introduce myself, discuss current affairs, and about networking. Then I waited for further calls. I got two more calls from senior management, again asking about networking and testing my communication skills. I was selected and then had a 1:1 interview in Bangalore, where they asked CCN questions, which was a bit tough but I managed. Finally, I was selected for further training and then placed at HCL technologies three months later.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The technical interview was very thorough and fair. It started with a phone call and then moved to an in-person meeting. My references were checked. The hiring manager conducted a great interview. Later, a future coworker interviewed me and asked more technical questions. I was asked to explain one of my programs from a business perspective.
