Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cole, Scott & Kissane.
Paralegal
The interview process was very straightforward and the hiring was quick, I got hired and started within a week. They're looking for someone with the right skills and are open to hiring. Just do a bit of preparation and you'll be fine.
- Tell me about your litigation experience and how you organize your day to meet deadlines.
Legal Assistant
It wasn't overly complicated. I had a phone interview and then they asked me to come in. They took my information down (ID and SSN) and said they would call me back next week. I never got a call back, even though the office manager told me he would reach out on Monday. It's a bit confusing why they would bring me in, photocopy my information, and then not get back to me with an offer or a rejection.
- What's the reason for leaving your last role?
Litigation Paralegal
I chatted with the Senior Litigation Attorney about the job and what it entails. We also talked about the company, its perks, and the typical number of cases handled. The discussion also covered the whole department and the support team.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What's your preferred management style?
