Cole Haan reached out to me. I didn't know the company then. My first phone interview was pretty long, over an hour. They really wanted to know about my customer service skills and how I lead my team. After that, I had an in-person meeting set up with the District Manager. That interview went well. We talked again about customer service and my management approach, and they also asked about loss prevention. Then I had three more phone calls: one with the area manager, another with HR, and a final one with the head of store operations.
