I applied online and also dropped off my resume at the store. The store manager contacted me for an interview, which went really well. She then wanted me to interview with another store manager over the phone. After that, I had a final interview with the district manager. It was a bit of a long process, but it was worth it in the end!

This interview was pretty straightforward. I mainly had to answer some easy questions about my past work, how I handle leading people, and if I knew the Cole Haan brand. My advice is to do a little digging beforehand, look the part with your attire, and it should be an easy interview.
