It was pretty laidback. We met outside and she bought me a coffee. The manager was great and made me feel comfortable. She asked me why I wanted the job, how I’d handle situations I would find difficult, and about the mission of Coldwater Creek. I didn’t end up working often with her, but I wished I had.

The interview started with a one-on-one chat and then moved to a team format where we discussed 'what if' scenarios. The interviewer asked about my availability, especially for weekend work. The interview had a one-on-one part, followed by a team part. The interviewer was really friendly and easy to talk to. They clearly had a plan for the interview, with specific questions to follow up on.

I interviewed with an exquisite person, who I feel is an example of where Coldwater Creek can go. I've researched the company extensively, reading all fiscal reports and internet gossip I could find. I'm still in the middle of the interview process. I believe Coldwater will survive. My interview was more interesting than I anticipated! I'll update if I get an offer. Any advice (besides avoiding political companies, as I've found them all to be) is welcome!
