It was a really weird and jumbled interview process. I applied for a job and then got a really unprofessional text asking if I wanted to interview for a different role. I said yes and then got an email to apply for the exact same job again. I did it anyway and then got a call for an initial screening for that position. The call was super short, like 6.5 minutes, and they said I was moving on. Then, a different recruiter contacted me to set up my interview. The person interviewing me was late and then asked me to stay late, but I couldn't. Five days after the interview, I got an email asking me to do a candidate experience survey before I even found out if I made it to the next stage. When I asked if I should do that first, I was sent back to the first recruiter who acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, even though the survey was in the email he sent.

I visited the office 3 times. The recruiter was super helpful and guided me through everything. I met with the same interviewers multiple times. I really had to make it clear I was eager for the role. They were debating between hiring someone from within or bringing in an external candidate. The initial salary offer didn't change much. Everyone was friendly, and they paid for parking each visit.

Applied on their website. First step was a video submission. Then I had 3 video interviews: HR, Manager, and Director. It was a long process but took a reasonable amount of time.
