The job description for this role was prepared very thoroughly. If you go over their JD and read up on the terms mentioned, you should be good. They also asked questions about financial statements and my previous internship. They also test you on basic excel skills.

A recruiter reached out and forwarded my resume. They set up a phone call for that same week, and I heard back from the recruiter just a few hours later with good news, moving me to the next stage. The next step was a face-to-face interview, which was a bit of a challenge to schedule. Due to the availability of the interviewers, it ended up being almost three weeks later. For the second interview, I met with the same two partners from the first meeting, plus a senior manager and another manager. It seemed to go well, and the feedback was very positive. The process concluded with a background check and an offer.
