It was a quick online process that took about a week. It was mostly basic non-tech stuff and very flexible. I applied online and heard from them for the first time a week before they made the offer. The team was helpful and nice.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first round was a phone screen to see if I was interested in the energy industry. The second round was a brain teaser involving Excel modeling about red and yellow paint, so it's good to brush up on probability and math skills. The interviewer for this round was the head of HR.

Case Behavioral

I did a phone screening, then an HR interview, then a case study, and finally interviewed with the hiring managers, but after that, I was ghosted. I tried reaching out a few times but never heard anything back, even though the whole process took about 3 weeks. I get that people are busy, but it would have been cool to at least get a quick rejection email or a call instead of just silence.
