The whole process took about 3 months and included 5 interviews plus a 5-hour assignment test. I made it to the final interview stage, but after 3 months of my time invested, they just ghosted me without any feedback. Then I saw they reposted the job, which makes me think they post jobs that aren't even open. It's pretty messed up how they waste candidates' time and then just disappear and repost the same job. Bad show.

Technical

This has been one of the most positive interviewing processes I've experienced thus far. From the moment the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist reached out to me to the very final rounds of interviews, I was thoroughly impressed with how they made the experience both professional and comforting. I am in the final interviewing process and hope to hear some news soon. The interviewing process took a little over a month to complete. If I don't receive an offer, I will still be impressed with the white glove and meticulous process.

The interview process was well-organized and efficient with a quick turnaround. It was a very positive experience overall, even though another candidate was chosen. It was professional and respectful of applicants, something other large companies could learn from.
