Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CohnReznick.
Senior Consultant
The interview process involved a video call with the manager, followed by an assignment task that took about a week to complete, based on the job description. After that, there was an assignment interview to discuss the results and thoughts. Finally, a round with multiple managers.
- Can you describe a past project you were involved in?
Consultant
The interview process was really straightforward using Spark Hire. I had to record myself answering four questions, and then I got the job offer the next week. It was interesting because I actually never got to talk to anyone from the specific CR team I was applying to.
- What makes you want this job?
ERP Consultant
After I applied online, a recruiter from a contracting agency reached out. They wanted to know my salary expectations and if I had prior experience with ERP systems. Then, I had two phone interviews, each with a different director. The final stage was an in-person interview where I met with four different executives.
- Which ERP systems do you have experience with?
- What is your current salary?
- What are your thoughts on the current job market?
