I interviewed with a small service line and scheduling was a bit fluid since I had to speak with specific people. Ultimately, we didn't get through the whole process before I had to make a decision on another offer I had. The people I spoke to seemed solid and the pay/benefits discussed were on par with mid-tier firms or better.

So, I first had this phone screen with a recruiter, just chatting about my background and the job. Then, later that week, I had virtual interviews with the hiring team, like a practice leader, a director, and a senior manager. These were pretty chill, felt real and I learned a lot. Everyone was nice. Near the end, I talked to someone from the people & culture team who threw some harder behavioral questions at me.
