They were really nice and told me a lot about the firm. I had four people interview me one after the other and they kept asking me the same questions, it felt like it should have been a group interview. They told me I was a perfect fit for the job they had posted over a month ago, but then they decided not to hire for it right now. They reposted the job on LinkedIn a few days later and it was up for two more months. I spent over 2 hours working on the interview, they should have been honest with me. I wouldn't trust the company to be truthful with people.

I applied for the job through indeed. I then got a call from HR in their Bethesda, MD office. After a phone screen, I was invited for an in-person interview, which I felt went pretty well. While heading home from the interview, I spoke with HR again because they had some follow-up questions, which made me feel like an offer was very likely. Unfortunately, it's been over six weeks with no further communication. I did get a response to an email stating the hiring manager was out of the country and would be back the following week. It's now been three weeks since then, and still nothing. At this point, I'm assuming I didn't get the position, but a simple courtesy call or email would be appreciated so I can move on.

Behavioral Presentation

Went through an on-campus interview first, then got invited for a full interview day. It was all behavioral questions, and the people were really friendly, making me feel comfortable. The interview day was an all-day thing with other candidates there too. There were three one-on-one interviews plus an office tour.
