Behavioral Presentation

The interview process is pretty simple. It starts with a one on one chat on campus with a recruiter. Just regular interview questions, short and to the point. It's easy to chat and the interviewer was super friendly and welcoming. I got a follow up interview which is round-robin style interviews in Cleveland. You do workshops and interviews over four hours. They provide food and I actually had a good time. Those interviews were with executives and higher-ups. I had a great time again and felt the interviews were very fair. They will let you know your status within a week or two.

A group of us were invited and interviewed together during a day-long event. There were focus groups that were really informative, and we learned about the company and the programs they offered. The interviews were broken into segments lasting 15-30 minutes each.

I had an on-campus interview with a recruiter first. Then, I had a Round Robin interview at the office with management. There was also downtime to chat with other interns and staff to learn about the culture.
